Because I love to capture life, in all its stages, that is my ultimate goal at each session. I work to preserve memories that you don't want to forget. A glowing pregnancy, a babe being born, infants being doted on by siblings, a 5 year old with a jack o' lantern grin, the laughs, the tickle fights, the boo boos kissed better, the creation of a new family, the cumulation of years of hardwork. These are the memories that make up your life story that I would be honored to capture.

My photography journey started with a passion for seeing the world in a different light. It changed when I became a mother and realized I can't get the passing moments back, but I can keep the memories forever with a shutter click. Sometimes, photographs are all we have left of the things that make up our life stories. Make sure YOU are apart of them.

You may have noticed the framed image in my family photo...

Those boys are my identical twins, Larson and Emmett, who passed away, at 19 weeks gestation, in September 2016 from a complication called Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS.) The gift of bereavement photography during our short time together is one of my most precious possessions. Since then, I have become an Affiliate Photographer for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep and Abel Speaks. Both organizations work to provide grieving families with bereavement photography sessions. In honor of Larson and Emmett memory, sessions by donation are done once every September and the proceeds are given to a local pregnancy crisis center.
